Pebble Beach Residence

Interior Remodel · Pebble Beach, California

This Pebble Beach interior remodel blends old-world character with modern comfort. In the dining room, a natural stone accent wall frames an antique carved wood door with its original iron hardware intact. A reclaimed wood dining table is paired with tufted linen chairs featuring exposed vintage wood backs. Custom velvet drapery hangs from hand-forged iron rods with scrolled finials and silver tassel tiebacks. Faux-finished walls flow from the dining room into the kitchen, while a vintage tapestry, layered sconces and a linear chandelier bring warmth to the adjoining spaces.

Throughout the home, collected vintage and artisan pieces give each room its own story. A one-of-a-kind solid wood bench welcomes guests at the entry, and a sculpted wooden seat shaped as two open hands doubles as functional art. In the primary bedroom, a custom carved headboard upholstered in navy mohair is paired with a live-edge wood bench with butterfly inlays, a hand-painted mirror and sculptural iron candlesticks. Stone fireplaces styled with curated sculpture, artwork and textured pillows, along with live plants throughout, carry the home's old-world spirit into a fresh, modern setting.
