Commercial Interior Design in Orange County

From our studio in Mission Viejo, LUXYSPACE designs commercial interiors and tenant improvements (TI) that work as well as they look. We have designed medical and doctor’s offices, fine jewelry boutiques and a large corporate research facility, handling everything from space planning and layouts to finishes, lighting, furniture and coordination through installation.

Medical & Doctor’s Offices

We have designed a number of medical and doctor’s offices, planning each one around patient flow and the way the practice runs day to day. Our work covers layouts, reception and waiting rooms, exam rooms, material and finish selections, lighting and furniture, creating spaces that feel calm and welcoming for patients and efficient for staff.

Retail & Boutique Interiors

A retail space has to showcase the product and shape the client’s experience from the moment they walk in. We have designed fine jewelry boutiques, including the full gut renovation of the Kaz Jewelry boutique in Laguna Niguel’s Laguna Heights Marketplace, where we handled space planning, floor and electrical plans, construction documents and permits, millwork, display cases, lighting, finishes and signage.

Corporate & Research Facilities

For one of the world’s leading automakers, LUXYSPACE remodeled a 20,000-square-foot research and development facility, providing full space planning, 3D renderings and project coordination. The design included employee lounge and rest areas, along with a coffee and juice bar.
