French Estate

New Construction · French-Inspired Estate · In Progress

This French-inspired estate is a ground-up new construction project that LUXYSPACE has guided from the very beginning. Before ground was broken, our team refined the floor plans to improve flow and function. Since then, we have led the interior design throughout, from material and finish selections to lighting, fixtures and architectural details.

Custom millwork is a defining element of the home, with applied moldings and ornate ceiling details designed and specified by our team. LUXYSPACE also customized the precast stone throughout, including exterior columns, arches and window surrounds, as well as the interior fireplace. The result will be a timeless estate where classic French architecture meets modern living.
