Mill Lake
Lakefront New Construction · Turnkey Interior Design
Set on a lakefront with sweeping views of the water and surrounding hills, this ground-up new construction home was a full turnkey project for LUXYSPACE. Alongside collaborating during construction, the team furnished, accessorized and styled every room, delivering a home that was move-in ready down to the last detail. The palette of soft grays, whites and natural textures lets the lake take center stage while keeping the interiors calm, relaxed and inviting.
Custom pieces anchor the home's main gathering spaces. Custom sectionals in both the great room and the family room offer deep, comfortable seating for entertaining, and custom nailhead-trimmed bar stools line the kitchen island. A one-of-a-kind solid chamcha wood console, weighing more than 500 pounds, sits behind the great room sectional as a sculptural statement. Riveted metal consoles, cowhide ottomans, carved nesting tables and curated accessories add layers of texture throughout, connecting the interiors to the natural landscape just beyond the windows.
