DEL MONTE
Interior Remodel · French Château-Inspired Residence
This is more than a house; it's a quintessential French château, seamlessly adapted to a modern lifestyle. The interiors reflect timeless elegance and tailored charm, capturing the unique life of the family who lives within. It's an ode to the art of living, where beauty and comfort blend so the family can savor their best life.
For this remodel, LUXYSPACE introduced classic French architectural wall moldings with ornate plaster detailing, giving the two-story entry and living spaces a refined, old-world presence. In the family room, textured grasscloth wallpaper panels are framed within custom moldings, anchored by a carved stone fireplace. A custom sculptural silver console, a custom ottoman and plush velvet seating complete the space, while artwork created specifically for the home adds a personal finishing touch. In the breakfast room, custom drapery frames the bay windows beneath a crystal chandelier and detailed crown molding. Custom furniture and curated accessories throughout bring the château's elegance into everyday family living.
