Interior Designer in Newport Beach

From our studio in Mission Viejo, LUXYSPACE brings award-winning architectural interior design to homeowners in Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Corona del Mar. Whether you’re renovating an older coastal home, updating a kitchen or furnishing a newly purchased property, we design interiors that feel refined, timeless and made for the way you live by the coast.

Renovations & Remodels for Coastal Homes

Many Newport Beach homes, from Corona del Mar cottages to hillside homes in Newport Heights and Eastbluff, have layouts and finishes that no longer fit the way families live today. We often begin with floor plan optimization to open up kitchens and living areas toward the light and views, then design custom millwork, select durable materials suited to the coastal climate, and coordinate with your contractor through installation.

Kitchen Design

The kitchen is often the heart of a renovation. We design kitchens around how you cook and entertain: layout and island planning, custom cabinetry, stone and surfaces, fixtures, appliances and layered lighting, all coordinated with your contractor so the details are built as designed.

Custom Furnishings & Full Styling

For homeowners who have just purchased or completed a home, we furnish and style every room, from custom upholstery and drapery to art and accessories sourced through trade-only showrooms. For turnkey projects, we manage every decision and deliver a home that’s ready to live in.

Our portfolio includes waterfront and coastal residences that reflect the same approach we bring to Newport Beach homes: light-filled spaces, durable natural materials and furnishings designed for relaxed, elevated living. Explore Bluff Pointe, a turnkey new construction home overlooking the water, and Lakeside View, a lakefront full gut remodel.
