For Kaz Jewelry’s boutique in the Laguna Heights Marketplace in Laguna Niguel, LUXYSPACE led a full gut renovation from concept through completion in January 2026. The vision was to move away from the typical jewelry store and create an elegant, elevated boutique showroom that reflects the custom pieces designed inside it.

Because clients often design engagement rings and heirloom pieces alongside the jeweler, the space needed to feel personal and comfortable. A dramatic color-drenched charcoal feature wall frames the Kaz Jewelry signage and a glass-walled view into the workshop, while traditional applied wall moldings set a timeless backdrop. A cluster of jellyfish dome chandeliers, selected specifically for the showroom, brings sparkle and drama to the sales floor. A client bar wrapped in quartzite, with a full slab set within an arched niche and matching quartzite counters, creates a relaxed place to sit, talk and design together.

LUXYSPACE handled the space planning, floor and electrical plans, furniture layout, construction documents, permits and millwork elevations, along with material, finish and fixture selections and schedules. Existing display cases were reconfigured to maximize the floor plan, and layered lighting combines the dome chandeliers with hand-blown glass pendants and brass wall sconces. Our scope also included interior and exterior signage, paint and flooring selections, quartzite slab selection and fabrication specifications, a frame walk during construction, and contractor coordination through the full installation.
